A second summer of acclaimed Splash House events is no surprise.
Co-founder Kelly McLean had aspirations of being a performer herself, starting her own girl pop group in Los Angeles and doing some acting in Palm Springs.
“My other passion is business,” McLean says, “so Splash House brings it all together.”
Her career at McLean Company, a family rental business, is fast-paced, according to McLean, which she says keeps her on her toes.
“I want to grow Splash House,” she says. “We have created this great concept, and we are still building the buzz and momentum. I want this to become a signature event for Palm Springs.”
McLean, who works with her family on both ventures, feels lucky to have grown up in such a loving, supportive family.
“I’m a fierce advocate for Palm Springs,” says the former UCLA marketing major. “I grew up here and see potential here every day. It is wonderful to live in a world-class destination.”
