Heather James Art and Antiquities to Host Private VIP Cocktail Party to Celebrate American Cancer Society's American Cancer Society's DESERT SPIRIT XIX HONOREES MICHAEL AND STEPHANIE LANDES

WHO:

Michael Landes, president of Eisenhower Medical Center Foundation and a prostate cancer survivor, and his wife Stephanie, a breast cancer survivor, will onored at a VIP reception for sponsors, chefs, and restaurant owners participating in the upcoming American Cancer Society's Desert Spirit XIX, the Desert's Premiere Food and Entertainment Event, on Sunday, April 27, 2008.

WHAT:

The VIP reception, which is by invitation only, will be sponsored by the Heather James Gallery on El Paseo in Palm Desert. Special guests are Desert Spirit XIX Presenting Sponsor Eisenhower Medical Center, Host Restaurateur Paul Bruggemans, Broadway star Byron Nease, Event Chair Nelda Linsk, and the planning committee members. Chefs and owners from featured restaurants will be in attendance, including representatives from Castelli's Italian Restorante, Tommy Bahamas, Le Vallauris, Wally's Desert Turtle, Pacifica Seafood Restaurant, Le St. Germain, El Mirasol, Bing Crosby's, Sullivan's, and Kaiser Restaurant Group.
