Forced to Eat Gourmet Food and Drink Exquisite Wine!

My boss at Palm Springs Life, editor-in-chief Steven Biller, is a slave driver. I mean, the guy actually expects me to work on my own time!

He wants me to attend the Palm Springs Food and Wine Festival's VIP Event this Friday.

I had planned a quiet, intimate evening drinking whatever beer is on sale, dining on a frozen dinner and watching a rerun of Animal Planet.

Those exciting plans are now out the window.

Instead, I'm forced to rub shoulders with Spa Resort Casino Executive Chef Paul Woods and Camelot Café Executive Chef Hector Eschevarria, all while sampling wines of Chateau Montelena and the cuisine of The Steakhouse Spa Resort Casino.

The horror! The horror!
