UFO Cloud Sighting in La Quinta, California

Did anybody else see it? There were a few of the clouds hovering over the La Quinta, California, area Wednesday night that looked like UFOs.
I snapped a shot from my cell phone while at the stoplight at Washington St. and 50th Ave. in La Quinta, and sent it to my mother in New York all before the signal turned green, (isn't technology something?).
The cloud intrigued me, so I did a little research.
They are lenticular clouds, also known as altocumulus. Apparently we get them regularly here in the desert because of the mountains.
Various Web sites claim the clouds are "widely known" to be UFOs in disguise. Whatever you believe, look up once in a while, they really are a sight to see.
