Top Chef Joins Top Restaurant

A new season at Spencer’s heralds the arrival of well-known chef Eric Wadlund as Executive Chef /Director of Operations, who bring his expertise as chef at some of America’s finest four-star restaurants. He has amassed many awards, written a cookbook with Henry Fenwick and is very popular with desert diners.

Chef Wadlund is fortunate to have a seasoned culinary staff headed by Executive Sous Chef David Sanchez and a highly trained service staff so that he can create his masterpieces to add to Spencer’s modern cuisine and classics to please the ever-faithful clientele.

This is where guests congregate to see and be seen and much deal making goes during lunch or Sunday brunch and at night it is time for romantic dining in sumptuous surroundings.

Open every day for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and for dinner from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Breakfast is served daily in season and Sunday brunch is not to be missed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Valet parking is complementary and expert catering service is available at any location.
