The 18th Annual VIP Waiter Challenge is set for Monday, March 10, 2008 at 6:00 p.m., at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa in Indian Wells. This extraordinary fund-raising dinner features community leaders "serving" as waiters. The VIP Waiters and their guests dine in costumes relating to their individual table themes.
