UNITED WAY'S VIP WAITER CHALLENGE SET FOR MARCH 10, 2008

The 18th Annual VIP Waiter Challenge is set for Monday, March 10, 2008 at 6:00 p.m., at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort and Spa in Indian Wells.
This extraordinary fund-raising dinner features community leaders "serving" as waiters. The VIP Waiters and their guests dine in costumes relating to their individual table themes. Awards are given to the VIP Waiter who receives the loudest applause at their introduction for the "Hoot 'n Holler" award, and for the VIP Waiter who receives the most votes for the "People's Choice" award. Waiter introductions are followed by dinner and dancing including the traditional Conga Dance that winds its way around the ballroom.
