WEEKEND!Tonight: At 7:30pm, the 6th Annual Palm Springs Film Noir Festival kicks off at the Camelot Theatres. It'll hit you like the "hot kiss at the end of a wet fist." —Firesign Theatre.

Friday: 7:05pm: "Beisbol been berry, berry good to me." —Chico Esquela (Garrett Morris, Saturday Night Live) Can we promote this opening game any harder?!

Saturday morning: At 10am, the PS Art Museum opens two new exhibitions: A Point of Convergence and Breaking Out! "You've got to bumble forward into the unknown." —Frank Gehry

Saturday afternoon: It's All About the Animals runs from 11am-3pm up near Idyllwild. "If we could talk to the animals, learn all their languages, I could take an animal degree..." —Leslie Bricusse

Saturday evening: At 6pm, Annual Fish Fry, presented by the Palm Springs Firemen's Association at the Ruth Hardy Park. Summertime / And the livin' is easy / Fish are jumpin' / And the cotton is high... —George+Ira Gershwin

Sunday: Marco Antonio Solis at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, 7pm. No hay nada más difícil...
