Do you play a lot of tennis?
A little.

But you know the game pretty well?
Yeah.

Why did you decide to get involved with the ball kids program?
Just for the exercise. And I thought it would be fun.

Is this your first year?
Yes.

How many games have you worked so far?
I think four.

Have you worked any matches with famous players?
I don't really know the players.

Is there any player you'd like to meet?
I can't think of one.

Andre Agassi? Martina Hingis?
Probably Agassi.

He's pretty old for a tennis player - isn't he creeping up on forty?
Yeah.

Did you go through a training period?
We have to attend three sessions, and they score us. We also have to pass a written test.

What do they emphasize in those sessions?
They train us to call as little attention to ourselves as possible.

Do you feel like you've done a good job in that area?
Yeah.

If you could say anything to the spectators watching one of your games, what would it be?
Don't notice me.
