WEEKEND!Tonight: From 4-8pm, take advantage of PS Museum's free admission to check out the Juried Exhibition. I've made some calls, and have been assured this is not at all like Jury Duty.

Friday: Suzanne Somers performs at the McCallum, 8pm. Chrissy rides again!

Saturday morning: The Sky Valley Emergency Services Open House kicks off at 8am. Enjoy tours and view equipment, including antique fire apparatus. Go to the swap meet, and get a free hot dog and soda. I'll go anywhere for a free wiener.

Saturday afternoon: The Agua Caliente Cultural Weekend continues from 10am to 6pm at the Convention Center. Drop by, and soak up some cultcha.

Saturday evening: At 6pm, Leo Marmol lectures on Pre-Fab Architecture at the Annenberg. What's not to love in the efficiency of factory-built houses?

Sunday: La Quinta Arts Festival, 10am-5pm. In 2005, overall art sales exceeded $1.99 million. Maybe this year, they'll tally the big two-point-oh.
