Recipe: Mint Julep

4 mint sprigs
3 ounces bourbon
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon powdered sugar

· Muddle the mint leaves, water and powdered sugar in a tall glass.
· Fill with crushed ice, then add bourbon.
· Top off with more ice, add a mint sprig for garnish, and serve with a straw.
