New Hours of Service to Begin at City Hall and Palm Springs Library

Beginning Friday, May 8th and every Friday thereafter for the next 14 months, Palm Springs City Hall will be closed on Fridays. However, to extend service to the public Monday through Thursday, City Hall will be open for business an extra hour from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“The reduction in service on Friday is necessary due to the budget reduction program implemented earlier this month,” City Manager David Ready said. “In an effort to minimize public inconvenience, we are pleased to be able to add an extra hour of operation for the public Monday through Thursday.”
Hours of operation at the Palm Springs Library will remain the same except that the library will be closed every other Wednesday beginning May 13.
