Healing Field pinA Healing Field event will be held on the corner adjacent to Big League Dreams in Cathedral City, starting tomorrow at 9am.

The Healing Field will be a memorial to honor every soldier, sailor, airman or marine lost in conflicts in Iraq & Afghanistan.

3,000 US flags, as well as the flags of the coalition countries, will be on display for the weekend event.

At 7pm on Monday, September 11, the city will hold a dedication ceremony, naming the 8-acre location "Patriot Park."
