best customs declarations of all time. Robert Cusack uttered this classic line in 2002, when asked by U.S. Customs officials at LAX if he had anything else to declare. After confessing, Cusack was sentenced to 57 days in jail for smuggling.
Cusack's traveling buddy, Chris Edward Mulloy, sailed past the same 2002 checkpoint with 2 newborn Asian leopards in his backpack.
But the long arm of the law waits for no man. Or something like that.
This past Monday, four years after the "monkeys-in-my-pants" quote popped out of his friend's mouth, federal officials finally arrested Mulloy, 45, in Palm Springs.
Nobody seems to know if he had any monkeys in *his* pants...
