Amid Unrest, Some Could Enjoy Their Best Month

It’s a volatile month for the God of War. The red planet aligns with Uranus, squares Pluto, and opposes Saturn in the next weeks. We are all affected, but especially those who are Aries, Cancer, Libra, or Capricorn. Look for general unrest as the worst of Aries energy abides. Expect more sexual shenanigans in government and pervasive business meltdowns due to passing the buck of responsibility. Are you organized, ethical, and opportunistic? This could be your best month yet! For a personal reading, e-mail me at sherrylnova@aim.com.

ARIES  (March 21-April 19)

An old structure demands new order, and transitions may not be sweet. Sometimes war is the only answer. The Trojans had a good idea with that horse. Ruminate on the concept of ballast. Tossing the cookie dough overboard is temporarily painful, but heals quickly as you pick up speed. Conform to traditional structure while creating a new way for the future.

TAURUS  (April 20-May 20)
Anger is only effective for a short while; it motivates us toward decision and change. If we coddle irritations, they impede our forward progress and can attack our immune systems. As you point that finger, notice the three that point back to you. As you seek to avenge, know that living well is the best revenge. Your success is the most effective weapon in the war. A spiritual rejuvenation puts you back on track with fresh inspiration.

GEMINI  (May 21-June 20)
In this high networking cycle, you are mixing daily with groups, organizations, and friends. Fresh starts abound. Consider this whirlwind schedule akin to the planting efforts of the farmer. It’s all seeds; some will fall on rock, some will be carried away by birds, and some actually take. It’s your responsibility to plant, then retreat to observe which take root. Final decisions are premature. Take all under advisement and with a grain of salt.

 CANCER  (June 21-July 22)

Mercury retrograde is especially effective now if you slow it all down and weed out the false starts. Much is roiling under the surface, as opportunities begin to manifest yet seem fraught with obstacles. With a serene self-awareness and the bravery to carry on amid chaos, you will find this time to be especially significant in terms of personal growth. Know your own strengths, be willing to go it alone for the time being, and follow your star.

LEO  (July 23-Aug. 22)
This month is only as successful as your skills in time management. You are slammed with appointments; some can be invaluable to new beginnings with a more global perspective. Some are the rantings of angry genius. Beware of those using frustration to stimulate their revolutionary concepts. The essence of truth lies in all claims, but many are clouded with emotion and have no energy but raging inertia. In darkness, seek the light and be free.

VIRGO  (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

You have been putting up with an untenable compromise in the interest of maintaining the status quo. Just because you are used to the situation doesn’t mean it represents your highest and best good. Where you feel a reciprocity of resources, you are actually the majority contributor. Something immensely superior awaits; you are cluttered and cannot receive. Let go.

LIBRA  (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)

The attraction factor is so busy in your world that you must feel flattered to be wanted by so many. You seek civility and protocol and are forced to mediate in instances of thinly disguised war. Save your energy; withdraw until the combatants have reached a consensus. Then decide if the result suits your purposes. You are not ready to join the fray, and that’s what most endears you. They don’t miss their water until the well runs dry. Retreat.

SCORPIO  (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
Virgo skills support current efforts. Are you organized? Can you account for all the details? A part-time helper can relieve you of a nagging burden. Focus on the result and work along with support systems toward clarity of purpose. Make changes in your image, both in communication style and fashion choices. Let go of service providers who have lost that fresh quality. Begin new alliances with those outstanding in their field. Analyze all.

SAGITTARIUS  (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Reorganization of the domestic workspace frees your perspective of personal clutter; you are able to see and take advantage of a new impetus in an area you have long admired. A speculative venture can materialize out of a mere concept when you apply your heart energy. Love of a project can influence those who are more cerebral. Influence potential partners with a genuine passion for the work to come and set big goals. Joy is infectious.

CAPRICORN  (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Those closest have individual agendas that upset the tranquility of your intimate spaces. It’s time to keep your head when all around you are losing theirs. Begin to control this turbulent time by deciding exactly how much responsibility is yours in each venture. Don’t cover for others because it suits your purposes; you will pay later with a much bigger bill. Trust in what you can do alone, learn invaluable lessons and wait for the right time to act.

AQUARIUS  (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Financial issues move to the forefront; your skills as debt collector are challenged now. Money is not emotional, but tell that to humans, who confuse it with worth. Money is merely an effect. The cause is individual values. What you have considered to be priceless has exacted an exorbitant invoice. Has there been a shift in your evaluation of the situation? Even so, it will not affect financial penalites now, only future decisions. Establish boundaries.

PISCES  (Feb. 19-March 20)
In seeking a new bottom line for your life, have you neglected to consider the priorities of others? You cannot coexist with value systems that advocate action for its own sake; you are better off if you set out alone to blaze a new trail. New beginnings are there but require creeping through active battlefields to establish a new precedent. The racket of chaos is distracting. Be subjective. Pass on all that does not serve you. Pull off that big job.
