“Shoebox Heros” – deliver new shoes and socks to children at Coachella Valley Rescue Mission.
KDI Kares’ Shoebox Heroes
KDI Kares’ Shoebox Heroes campaign, in conjunction with the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission, provides children in need with new shoes. Through Aug. 23, collection locations accept boxes of new shoes in preschool sizes 5 to 10 and youth sizes 10 1/2 to 4 1/2. Information: (760) 345-9933 or www.kdikares.org.
