Our cover this month continues a tradition established when Palm Springs Life was in its infancy. Many changes have taken place since this cover was first created by Earl Cordrey. We have continued running it annually in January because it owns a certain essence that appeals to both established Villagers and visitors alike. We haven't seen Peter the Hermit around for some time but prototypes of the people captured so well by Cordrey are with us year after year, bless their hearts.
