With May just around the corner in the Greater Palm Springs area, the thermometer is about to make a jump.

When available, the restaurants serve some dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. After dinner, settle in, take advantage of the wet bar, mingle in the living room, watch one of four flat screen TVs, or do some stargazing from your balconies.
