Construction is about to begin for Sōl Palm Springs, featuring 46 detached, two-story contemporary homes located just behind the Palm Springs Convention Center at the northeast corner of Avenida Caballeros and Amado Drive.
With an off-site sales office scheduled to open in September, homebuyers will be able to choose homes ranging in size from approximately 2,200 to 2,700 square feet (see rendering below).

Homebuyers will also have an option to purchase a private rooftop deck. Centrally located within easy walking distance of downtown Palm Springs, the gated community will feature paver stone streets and a private community dog park with a coffee hut.
