Shea Homes Active Lifestyle Communities, developers of Trilogy at La Quinta, have returned to the Palm Springs area with their new Trilogy at The Polo Club location in Indio

The desert’s newest 55+ resort community gives customers a chance to interact with architects and designers to help shape the homes and amenities. More than 1,400 buyers have already been placed on an interest list, according to Trilogy.

“Each Trilogy Living Vision session is an active dialogue where customers share ideas, dreams and creativity with us as we design the new community,” says Ryan Smith, general manager. “We’ve had a number of sessions already and the feedback from future owners has been really positive, especially when they see the kinds of unique home and club plans we’re considering."

Scheduled to open for sales this fall, Trilogy at The Polo Club is an exclusive gated community that will offer an active resort lifestyle on a more intimate scale with approximately 750 homes planned at build out. Conveniently located adjacent to the Empire and El Dorado Polo Clubs, Trilogy at The Polo Club is also just down the street from PGA West and the exclusive Madison Club and Hideaway communities, and minutes from La Quinta Resort and the El Paseo art gallery and shopping district.

Floor plans will be released during a Product Reveal Happy Hour event from 4-6 p.m. Aug. 14 at Trilogy at the Polo Club location, 51088 Sorrel Court, in Indio.
