TRIO Palm Springs Heats up in August With Menu Specials

Comfort food, bottomless mimosas, and delectable desserts

There’s no summer slow down at TRIO Palm Springs

August brings much-anticipated weekly menu specials and Brunch A Go Go with bottomless mimosa, plus the celebrated extended happy hour in the always-jumping bar.

Owner Tony Marchese and Co-owner/Executive Chef Mark Van Laanen keep the atmosphere cool and serve up their comfort food with a contemporary flare throughout the summer. Soy ceviche and hand cut potato chips are the perfect duo to get your meal started.

The beautifully presented entrees range from Australian Sole and Angus burger to a crawfish pot pie and wild mushroom linguini. No meal is complete without one of TRIO’s famous desserts – Key lime tart with raspberry sauce, or the popular TRIO nut torte full of hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, caramel and chocolate.

Brunch lovers will rejoice in TRIO’s extensive menu and bottomless mimosa offerings. Creamed spinach omelet, huevos rancheros, or corn cakes and eggs will please breakfast enthusiasts, while hickory BBQ pulled pork sandwich, Cajun Ahi wrap, or a side of lime carrot cashew salad for lunch fans.

TRIO Restaurant is open for lunch weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The cocktail hour extends from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at patio & bar with $3 well drinks.

Dinner starts at 3 p.m. every day and offers a $19, 3-course prix fixe menu available from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
