Italian night has returned to POM restaurant at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. Every Wednesday from 5pm until 11pm you can enjoy family style dining that has earned rave reviews.

Abbondanza is a delicious feast for the entire table.  Your meal will begin with a fresh, hand-tossed garden salad and delicious homemade garlic sticks. By the time the main course is served, you’ll know why this truly is an Italian dinner like no other. The Penne Pasta Pomodoro is served in heaping bowls for all to share. The Chicken Parmigiana is topped with tomato sauce and glazed with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Then comes Chef Freddy’s hand-rolled Meatballs and Italian Sausage simmered in Chef’s signature marinara sauce, which only took 100 years to perfect. Finish off the meal with Italian Cookies, Biscotti and hand-filled Cannolis.

The Italian meal is served family-style so everyone at the table can enjoy it together. Abbondanza is $19.95 per person and begins in POM restaurant on Wednesday October 31st.
