Every Sunday 6-9pm John Stanley King, the legendary musical headliner is known for his unmistakable ability to read and engage any crowd. He is a True Entertainer and a Master of Ceremonies. His extended talents range in all styles of music from Jazz, Acoustic to Classic Rock. He was raised in the Southern California desert. His musical family dates back generations with hillbilly music on the one side of the family and the depths of jazz on the other. A multi-instrumentalist and accomplished vocalist, his style is undeniably his own and his charisma has been compared to all the greats.
On bass, James East was the youngest child of a big musical family influenced by a variety of music from Mozart to Miles to Motown and everything in between. After exploring the brass world he became intrigued with a bass guitar that was left lying in his living room by his older brother and world renowned bassist Nathan East. In 1991 James began touring and recording nationally and internationally with the likes of Lionel Richie, Toni Braxton, Patti LaBelle, James Ingram, Ralph Johnson of Earth, Wind & Fire, and Sergio Mendes to name a few. Other credits include Eric Clapton, David Foster, Clint Black, Celine Dion, Elton John, performances for King Bhumibol Adulya of Thailand and Christmas at the Vatican for Pope John Paul II.
