March 15 weekend 2014 ARRL- sanctioned Palm Springs Hamfest is an annual gathering of Ham Radio Operators at the Pavilion in The Heart of Palm Springs. Includes Seminars,Commercial Vendors, Swap Meet of Amateur Radio equipment, Emergency Preparedness Groups, Ham Radio Clubs, RV'S camping on site, raffles, High Tech demos. Convoy of RV'S from Quartzfest Arizona using radio frequencies 146.520 and the RATS Club repeater 146.940 -PL 107.2 to communicate and talkin Freq. Sponsored by the Desert RATS Club and the Palm Springs DX Club. Fundraiser for Angel View Crippled Children's Foundation.
