Grind Brgr Bar is located atop the popular Chop House at 262 S. Palm Canyon Drive, will feature “the best all natural grass fed burger in the desert,” according to proprietor Eric Morcus, of the Kaiser Restaurant Group, who noted that the additional letters were left out of BRGR because all of the unnatural hormones, antibiotics and feed are missing from the eatery’s signature healthy burgers, which are 100 percent natural grass fed beef from Tasmania, Australia and ground fresh in-house daily.
Morcus added that in addition to the flavorful burgers, GRIND will feature free-range turkey burgers, lump crab cake burgers and a Land and Sea combination of grass fed beef with three grilled prawns or a 4 oz. lobster tail. The “Game” of the week burger is made of venison, wild boar, elk, or antelope, depending on availability.
“We’ve gone out and found the best all natural beef in the world,” Morcus said.
Burgers will range in price from $7 to $15 and a kids menu will also be available for $7 that includes an entrée, fries and a soda. Restaurant hours are 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
