The IW Club restaurant and bar located in the award-winning new desert modern clubhouse at the renowned Indian Wells Golf Resort epitomizes the world-class Indian Wells experience: superb and sophisticated at every turn. Five-star amenities within the restaurant include oversized banquettes, a temperature-controlled wine room, and the exclusivity of the Indian Wells Room, a private dining venue off the main room with a fireplace.

For lunch, guests can enjoy a variety of tasty soups, salads, sandwiches, and signature specialties like Ahi Trio Sampler, Mahi Mahi Tacos, and a sublime Truffle Lobster-Shrimp Mac n’ Cheese. The lunch menu offers light fare and fast — preparation selections for busy executives on the go. Dinner features an expansive list of salads and starters like Panko Crusted Lump Crab Cake, tangerine-carrot butter and a mouthwatering Pomelo Grapefruit and Sea Scallop with spinach, peanuts, lime, and ginger soy dressing. Innovative main dishes include an All Natural Jidori Farm Chicken Breast with garnet yam and pecan waffle, Swiss chard, huckleberry syrup, savory root vegetables, and puff pastry; Scottish Salmon with lentil-grain confetti and heirloom carrot flan, Port Braised TR Natural Prime Beef Short Ribs with acorn squash/potato gratin For those who prefer more classic preparations, the menu includes a roasted prime pork rib-eye and braised chicken and turkey pot pie. Pair your meal with a extensive wine menu featuring more than 80 selections from regions that include California, Oregon, and Washington.

Multiple flat-screen televisions “in the round” set the stage for a lively aprés-golf happy hour, while the glowing illumination of an outdoor fire pit offers the perfect setting for a relaxing after-dinner cordial. Serving lunch daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner is served Monday to Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday brunch buffet from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dinner reservations are highly recommended. The IW Café is open daily for breakfast from 6 to 11 a.m. and for salads and sandwiches from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Golf Shop is open daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
