User RatingsEssential Information
Locally Owned and Nationally Known®There are some things in life you can always count on — like the outstanding quality and top-drawer service at LG’s Prime Steakhouse. 2011 marks LG’s 20th year in the desert serving patrons exclusively USDA Prime steaks and fine fare. Their commitment to quality, consistency, and service has never wavered. As far as LG’s is concerned, every dining experience should be a special occasion. The good news for customers is that LG’s has the Coachella Valley covered with two locations offering two distinctly different ultimate steakhouse experiences. LG’s Palm Springs is in the heart of downtown, where the atmosphere is lively and the patio is a great place to see and be seen. Misters and heaters keep the patio climate controlled through every season, and people-watching from the cozy fire pits is a favorite customer pleasure. LG’s La Quinta is a fine-dining destination in a sleek, club-like atmosphere. The rotunda can serve as the backdrop for weddings or large parties. Patrons can also enjoy an intimate dinner under the stars when the retractable roof is open. The underground wine cellar seats up to 30 people for family events or corporate functions where privacy and elegance are key. LG’s boasts one of the largest wine lists in the valley and features more than 100 choices of cabernet sauvignon. LG’s has been on Tom Horan’s America’s Top Ten Hall of Fame list for seven years in a row. The restaurant is also the proud recipient of the Distinguished Restaurants of North America’s DiRona Award, AAA Diamond Preferred, and the Zagat Survey’s rating of “Best Steak In Town.” LG’s steaks are 100 percent USDA Prime fresh Midwestern corn-fed beef dry aged and hand trimmed on the premises to ensure the perfect marbling for great taste and texture in every bite. Other specialties of the house include fresh fish of the day, lobster tail, and Alaskan king crab legs. Dinner is served nightly from 5:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended. • 255 S.
