Housed in a landmark building that once operated as a bank, TRIO Restaurant is located in the trendy Uptown Design District of Palm Springs. The restaurant’s decor is lively and upbeat, with vibrant splashes of color, and creative lighting that includes a show stopping rubber-wraped chandelier nestled in the semiprivate dining area.

Since it first opened in 2009, TRIO has been known as the place “where Palm Springs eats and drinks.” TRIO's California-style comfort food and Midwest-inspired fare have had critics and diners buzzing ever since. TRIO has been among Palm Springs Life’s best restaurants for two years running. It’s also been voted the No. 1 local restaurant on www.tripadvisor.com, and has received culinary praise from publications all over the world.

Marchese and Executive Chef and Co-Owner Mark Van Laanen believe in giving back to the community. TRIO hosts many philanthropic events throughout the year, including Hollywood’s Biggest Night Oscar party supporting AIDS Assistance Program, Dining Out for Life benefiting Desert AIDS Project, and the Palm Springs International Film Festival and ShortFest, to name just a few.

TRIO’s extensive menu features a variety of fish, steaks, salads, plus seasonal items when available. Van Laanen consistently keeps the menu fresh, with exciting new dishes and nightly specials.

Trio restaurant is open daily, A three course prix fixe menu, is offered from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the cocktail hour starts in the bar from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. with $3 wine, well and domestic beer, $5 martinis, margaritas and mojitos. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Daily.
