The restaurant, at 73130 El Paseo, is one of four test markets for a new concept being called Wolfgang Puck Pizza Bar. One location is open in Charlotte, NC, with others under construction in Greenboro NC, and San Diego.
“Wolfgang has always wanted to find a casual-dining concept that reflected his brand of quality dining and hospitality, but at a lower price point, and we think this is it,” Joe Essa, managing partner of Wolfgang Puck Worldwide said.
According to Nation’s Restaurant News, the concept will focue on hand crafted pizzas featuring artisan dough. Also on the menu are soups, salads, appetizers, pastas, sandwiched and grilled items. The bar features custom cocktails, regional wines and local craft beers.
