Trilogy at The Polo Club in La Quinta is not your typical gated community.

There is no golf course.

But what the Shea Home development does offer is plenty of other choices the public can see from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 8-9. There will also be free Tesla Model S test drives available.

Like an all ages community that will also include a 55-plus enclave.

Homes ranging from 1,500 to more than 3,000 square feet and priced from the mid-$200,000s to $800,000s.

SheaXero - the first builder to offer a high-powered SolarCity power system that produces clean, renewable energy.

A clubhouse that will include a restaurant where homeowners can store their wine for parties with friends or for business.

The O2 Collection, one of three groupings of homes, provides an open space shared by five homeowners as their own private park. The El Dorado Collection features some of the smaller houses, and the Empire Collection includes a loft option.
