TRIO Restaurant’s new summer menu helps bring the temperature down while accentuating the abundant fresh produce of the season.
Chef Mark Van Laanen has created lighter fares featuring Pineapple Shrimp Nola and Steak Salad with blueberries. The menu still maintains its sizzle with Crawfish Pot Pie and Spinach Ricotta Ravioli.

TRIO Restaurant is open for lunch weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The cocktail hour extends from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the bar with $3 well drinks.
Dinner starts at 3 p.m. every day and offers a $19, three-course prix fixe menu available from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
