The 3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro is pleased to announce the opening of its newest restaurant June 25, 2010. Matt Smith will be the Executive Chef with Marc Plummer as the general manager.
The 3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro is a paradise for food and wine lovers alike. This unique and affordable concept that reflects a new generation of restaurants features a living wine list, wonderful food and late night dining. The 3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro is conveniently located at the corner of highway 74 between El Paseo and Hwy 111 in Palm Desert
Chef Matt Smith attended the world famous Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. His apprenticeships included training at the famous Tallievent in Paris, as well as Martin Berasategui in San Sebastian, Spain, both Michelin three star restaurants. Most recently Chef Matt worked at some of San Diego’s best restaurants including the Winesellar & Brasserie, La Valencia Hotel, Jsix, and 910.
