Los Angeles based food bloggers and media were treated to a meal of a lifetime when Palm Springs Life hosted top chefs in anticipation of the upcoming Palm Desert Food and Wine Festival at Poggenpohl Los Angeles Kitchen Studio. The festival is set for April 8-10 at The Gardens at El Paseo.

Attendees were entertained by Chef Aarti Sequeira, host of the Food Network’s Aarti Party, as well as a fabulous display by Chef Ricardo Zarate, who wowed the crowd with his presentation of dishes from Peru. Chef Engin Onural of The Venue Sushi Bar & Sake Lounge in Palm Desert demonstrated his mastery of sushi, while Chef Luca Ricca of Gioia Italian Bistro in Rancho Mirage delivered a delicious combination of meatballs and sausage.
