One local spot with a bar that attracts a friendly crowd is Sullivan’s Steakhouse on the upper level of The Gardens on El Paseo. Happy hour runs from 4 p.m. until closing(!) on Sundays and Thursdays, and you can catch jazz musicians performing Tuesday through Sunday beginning at 6 p.m.
