Palm Springs Art Museum in Palm Desert (a.ka. The Galen) opened to great acclaim last year. On Nov. 10, the museum will hold its first membership drive party from 6 to 9 p.m. at Entrada del Paseo in Palm Desert. Meet the New Museum party welcomes new members to the Palm Springs Art Museum. Existing members can renew while receiving entry to a ’60s-themed party that promises to be “shag-a-delic.”
