Travis Hiner Exhibition
The Palm Desert Community Gallery presents a pair of installations by the artist, including a photo print series six years in the making, and a series of wall reliefs through Jan. 31, 2014.

Meet actor Bob Odenkirk (pictured at right), who will take questions after the screening at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 23 at Cinemas Palme d'Or in Palm Desert. The film has drawn rave reviews for star Bruce Dern, who was named winner of the Career Achievement Award by the Palm Springs International Film Festival this week.
Short Term 12
Brie Larson will speak after the 4 p.m. screening Nov. 24 at Cinemas Palme d'Or in Palm Desert. The film focuses on a caring supervisor at a home for at-risk kids. Larson has been nominated for Best Actress by The Gotham Awards.
