The disco ball will be in full force when guests boogie on down for an Evening of Hope: A Night at Studio 54 in the season’s most anticipated fundraising gala on Nov. 13 hosted by The Stroke Recovery Center to benefit the Neuro Vitality Center (NVC), formerly the Stroke Recovery Center.

The event begins with cocktails at 6:30 p.m. at the Riviera Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, where guests are encouraged to adorn outfits that scream Disco Fabulous while paying homage to Studio 54’s colorful cast like Andy Warhol, Cher or Grace Jones.

Beverly Greer, CEO of the Neuro Vitality Center, will be the event’s host assisted by co-chairs Angie Gerber and Chuck Hillar. Mistress of Ceremonies, Janet Zappala, news anchor at KMIR, will keep the evening moving to the beat.

The Wayne Foster Orchestra will have guests flocking to the dance floor, while vocal talent Marcella Detroit and DJ Nick Ayler enhance the musical experience courtesy of entertainment sponsor Infusion Beach & Hotel.

Proceeds from the event support NVC’s mission to expand its stroke and TBI community of care to include other neurological conditions.
