“We wanted a fresh look for the start of season,” says Community Relations Director Christine Stein. “We’ve been in the same Palm Desert location for five years. We were ready for an update.”
Clients are already commenting on the warmth of the new look and feel, Stein observes. “We went with dark chocolates and dark leather,” she says. “Of course, we’re keeping our trademark royal blue.”
The redesign includes new carpet, marble, lighting, display fixtures, and artwork (the store partners with local galleries, according to Stein). A few new designers and an exciting calendar of events also enhance the store’s fresh vibe.
“We’re very excited to be carrying Scott Kay jewelry for men and Swiss watch designer Frederique Constant,” Stein says.
