It’s the type of business acumen that shapes small businesses in the Coachella Valley, and one that will be celebrated Oct. 3 at the Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce Business to Consumer Expo in the Special Events Center at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio.

More than 120 local businesses will exhibit their products and services, and the public is invited to meet business owners, discover a new restaurant, sample products, and enter into giveaways.

“What makes us rather unique,” says Bohm, “is that we are truly a one stop logo shop. We have screen-printing, banners, signs, embroidery and we feature over 600,000 promotional products, many of which are in our showroom.”

Bohm and his wife, Martha, who were high school sweethearts growing up in the Chicago area, have taken their partnership to the business world since moving to the Valley more than 20 years ago. Steve’s experience in hotel marketing gave way to starting a local meeting planning and promotions company to support the thriving Coachella Valley hospitality industry.

“Working with Martha works well,” Steve says. “She handles the day-to-day, which enables me focus on marketing and meeting planning while fostering our commitment to the community by serving on several local boards and charities.”
