Palm Springs has become the new home of Desert Concorso 2015, an exotic car and European lifestyle event, set for Nov. 15 at Palm Springs Stadium.

With the success of the inaugural Desert Concorso, the organizers hope the new location and date will attract classic and exotic car aficionados from all over the west coast to Palm Springs. More than 160 vintage cars, high-end Italian automobiles, American, French and German significant cars will be on display during the all-ages event.

This year, Desert Concorso leads a two-weekend car extravaganza now dubbed “Desert Car Week” in Palm Springs with Keith McCormick and McCormick’s Palm Springs Collector Car Auction taking place the following weekend, Nov. 20-22. The parent company, Concorso Italiano, a renowned exhibition of exotic Italian cars, takes place annually as an essential part of the established Monterey Automobile Week.

“Desert Concorso is a great addition to the fall signature events calendar in Palm Springs,” said Mary Jo Ginther, director of Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism. “Exoctic car aficionados and fans of classic cars are able to experience even more when McCormick’s Classic Car Auction takes place the following weekend.”

Standard tickets are on sale for $65 and include event admission, parking, and an event gift bag with a collector’s magazine. Diamond Club Package tickets are on sale for $300 and include Standard Ticket Package and exclusive access to the Diamond Club Pavilion.
