Countdown to AIDS Walk was held at Toyota of the Desert
Countdown to AIDS Walk was held at Toyota of the Desert on Thursday, October 1. The 2009 AIDS Walk, benefiting Desert AIDS Project, will step off on Halloween morning – Saturday, October 31, from Ruth Hardy Park in Palm Springs. For the second consecutive year, Desert Regional Medical Center has renewed its commitment to the event as presenting sponsor. This year’s walk is D.A.P.’s 22nd annual event, designed to raise funds for the vital services it provides to the HIV and AIDS community.
