Nandina Organics and Take 3 Contemporary Gallery Grand Opening - Nov. 1, 2013
The Grand Opening for the new Nandina Organics flagship retail store and the new Take 3 Contemporary Gallery was held November 1 in conjunction with the Chill-out for Gay Pride’s fundraising event happening throughout the Palm Springs historic Uptown Design District.
The new store located in a mid-century E. Stewart Williams designed building, at The Shops at 1345 North Palm Canyon Dr. boasts a sleek, modern style that is warm and inviting and features a full selection of colors and styles in all of the company’s towel lines.
The store also offers spa and bath robes, designer throws for home and pool, wonderfully absorbent kitchen towels, plus handmade organic soaps, and chocolates to enhance your home spa experience.
In business for almost ten years, Nandina Organics is best known for blending certified organic cotton and sustainably grown bamboo into high fashion towels designed for the home decor market. Since moving to the Coachella Valley in 2008, Nandina Organics has expanded its business to include three towel lines and linen products for hotels, resorts and spas. The linen program offers a recycling option where Nandina Organics is able to offer a rebate to the hotel toward the purchase of new linens and the old linens are then recycled into a new organic product such as t-shirts.
“Our company is dedicated to producing well-designed, high quality products that are completely organic or natural. Not only do our products benefit our customers by making it easy for them to choose a green product, but they have a an equally great benefit to our planet,” said Mathew A. Thomas, president of Nandina Organics.
