The Rilington Group, a well-respected and award winning home builder/developer, kicked off a new era of housing developments in Palm Springs with their Groundbreaking ceremony and celebration of the Valera Village Traditions/Palm Springs at the corner of Ramon Road & Calle El Segundo. This gated community will include 52 new Single family detached homes, conveniently located within walking distance to Downtown Palm Springs.

Village Traditions is located within the Section 14 of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians reservation and the Grand Opening with fully furnished models is project for late August!

Attending the Groundbreaking/Celebration were the builders and developers, the Riley Family, Mickie, Hansie and Erin, Tribal Chairman Jeff Grubbe, Palm Springs Mayor Steve Pougnet, Vic Cooper of Market Watch, along with friends and family of both the Agua Caliente Tribe and the City of Palm Springs.
