The festive dining room at the Adobe Grill is the perfect setting for the regional Mexican cuisine and great mountain views.

Historic La Quinta Resort & Club with its Spanish-style architecture, blue shutters, Saltillo tile, and vibrant bougainvillea-lined walkways has offered legendary hospitality since 1926. From Greta Garbo to Frank Capra, the hotel has attracted famed celebrities who expect first class service and cuisine. La Quinta Resort & Club’s four dining outlets and two clubhouse restaurants continue this legacy.

Located on the upper plaza, Adobe Grill offers breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and authentic regional Mexican cuisine. Open for lunch and dinner, restaurant chefs expertly prepare dishes from northern Baja, Sonora, Vera Cruz, Yucatan, and Cancun. From its open Mexican blue, yellow, and green-tiled kitchen accented by hammered copper, chefs shape and fire fresh tortillas on a rotating grill and toss sizzling peppers and onions in pans.

At Twenty6, the chef de cuisine creates a hand-written menu featuring fresh fish, Certified Angus Beef, local natural poultry, daily fresh-made soups, and desserts in a modern American bistro serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Twenty6 Sushi Bar, featuring Master Chef Shinya Horiguchi, is a popular spot for fresh sushi, sashimi, and one of the largest sake menus in the valley.

Relax in AZUR’s Wine & Cheese Bar and watch as Chef Sean Weber creates dishes live at the bar and wine host Andy Grimm pairs and shares fine wine and cocktails. AZUR’s menu also features wine and spirit “flights” and à la carte selections. Originally the hotel’s lobby, AZUR’s rough beamed ceiling, original tile mosaic, and crisp contemporary décor are casually elegant.

Located poolside, next to the resort’s tennis courts, Spa Bistro offers an array of salads, sandwiches, spa cuisine, and unique dessert specialties.

The resort’s clubhouses feature eclectic American cuisine and spectacular views of championship golf courses. Enjoy breakfast and lunch at La Quinta Resort’s Mountain and Dunes Clubhouse or at Wallaby’s West at PGA West’s Greg Norman Course.
