A new Thai restaurant concept has just emerged at the corner of Highway 111 at Highway 74 where Legacy Chinese Cuisine had been.

The same owners, Chai and Ally Butrlakorn, debuted Blue Orchid Thai Bistro in Palm Desert recently with a new concept focusing on small plates of delectable Thai cuisine.

Inspired by their success with the former Legacy Chinese's dim sum - China's version of small plates -- plus the continued success of their Legacy Thai Cuisine in La Quinta, the Butrlakorns decided to launch this new concept in Palm Desert.
