If you haven't experienced genuine ranch hospitality in the Coachella Valley, you haven’t been to Jackalope Ranch. Located on Highway 111 where La Quinta meets west Indio, Jackalope is not just a restaurant, it’s a destination unto itself. The finelycrafted custom built and furnishing, 22,000-square-foot lodge sits on 6.5 acres of lushly-landscaped grounds with gardens and water features that provide a unique, park-like setting for special events or just a night out with family and friends.
Dine on classic California ranch barbecue with flavors inspired by the spices of the southwest and Old Mexico. Everything is designed from scratch, starting with the fresh tamales to the ‘Kaiser Cut’ USDA certified prime pork baby back ribs. Meats are smoked over a variety of woods to enhance their flavors. Rubs and sauces are made in-house.
Jackalope Ranch is where everyone comes together. Dine at booths or tables in the main dining room, where you’re surrounded by high ceilings, beautiful art, and custom furnishing. Meet friends in the Grand Saloon to enjoy live entertainment, craft cocktails and beverages, and the best happy hour in the desert. Heaters, misters, and fire pits make the outdoor Palapa Bar a great place to hang out any time of year.
Warm, gracious service is another hallmark of the California Ranch-style at Jackalope. The restaurant welcomes families to dine in casual comfort. Small groups can reserve one of several private rooms for lunch or dinner gatherings. A full-time event planning team is on staff to assist with large group functions such as weddings, family celebrations, or corporate activities. Jackalope’s lovely gardens provide one of the most unique settings in the Coachella Valley to make your special event even more memorable.
