The focus of Tootie's is the giant smoker that can be viewed in the open kitchen. Taking quality meats and slowly smoking them with and indirect wood-burning fire is the secret to authentic and tender Texas barbeque. Standard menu offerings include brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, turkey breast, chicken and sausage served with Tootie's own barbeque sauce - regular or spicy Kick Ass! version.
