Four-Star Cuisine for all Occasions The name “Spencer’s” is synonymous with classic Palm Springs style and class. Its awe-inspiring location at the foot of Mt. Spencer’s is this year’s winner of four major awards: Best Outdoor Dining, Best Brunch, Best Continental (American) Restaurant, and the prestigious Wine Spectator Award for its extensive wine cellar. Multiple-award-winning chef/cookbook author Eric Wadlund brings his decades of experience from some of the country’s finest restaurants. Wadlund holds the position of Executive Chef and Director of Operations. His credentials include a culinary tour of America’s finest four-star restaurants: Azur by Le Bernardin, The Occidental, Rattlesnake, and Terra Cotta. Chef Wadlund, Executive Sous Chef David Sanchez, and a seasoned culinary staff that has been in place for many years aim to please guests with modern cuisine and classics that customers have come to cherish. Spencer’s is also very well known for its highly trained, warm, and attentive service staff. Restaurant Manager Julieta Quinn, Floor Manager Karen Ronchetto, and Sommelier Jane Benjamin will ensure that your every need is met and exceeded. Whether you are looking for a crisp New World chardonnay or a complex vintage Bordeaux, Spencer’s extensive wine list is sure to please. By day, Spencer’s is “the” place to see and be seen for lunch, where power brokers make deals while visitors soak up the atmosphere. Sunday brunch is legendary as a sumptuous dining experience. After the sun goes down, Spencer’s is transformed into a glamorous delight for the senses, perfect for a romantic dinner or special celebration with a choice of dramatic outdoor views or interior tables surrounded by understated elegance. The historic Bougainvillea Room with its unique architecture and club-like atmosphere is unmatched as a setting for private parties of up to 250 people perched on the mountainside, overlooking the valley below. Catering by Spencer’s takes the restaurant’s acclaim to any location, providing perfectly executed cuisine and service for weddings or other group functions of any size.
