Our carefully designed menus offer amazing appetizers like fresh oysters, crab cakes, and gourmet soups and salads. Mouth-watering entrées include prime steaks, prime rib, succulent lamb, chicken, and a variety of market-fresh seafood, as well as pastas and award-winning desserts. All of our world-class cuisine is served to your exact specifications in a setting that is intimate, yet inviting.

But at the end of the day, it’s our steak that steals the show. Sandy Josephson, Director of Food and Beverage at Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa explains, “Our beef is all natural and hand-selected to meet the discerning tastes of our guest. Both restaurants also offer a delicious and creative array of cocktails and an expansive wine list that has been repeatedly honored by Wine Spectator.

The Steakhouse restaurants at Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa and Spa Resort Casino are open from 5 to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday; 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Reservations are highly recommended.
