This beautiful, 9,600-square-foot house was conceived by developer/ builder Richard Pruter of PAR Development as a luxurious haven for entertaining. From its flowing water fountain behind custom iron gates to sweeping views of Bighorn Golf Club’s 4th green and lake, the house seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living with automated pocket doors. A single control panel operates lighting, doors, music, security, and media.

The elevator or stairs with a custom iron railing lead you to the media room with two levels of seating or to a 1,000-bottle wine room.

With multiple gourmet appliances, such as side-by-side Subzero refrigerator and freezer, Wolf professional range, two dishwashers, and warming drawers, the kitchen is both convenient to work in and beautiful.

A wonderful surprise is the master bath for her with its freestanding stone tub. Once again, the house connects to the exterior with French doors that open to a private patio.

Other features include a casita with kitchenette, living area, and bedroom; fourcar garage with room for two golf carts; a spacious and well-appointed office; a large dining room with custom display cabinetry; and two guest suites.

Interior designer Jeanette Christian created a feeling of effortless luxury with a transitional style. Light and bright, it provides a wonderful backdrop for the impressive art collection on display. Christian paid special attention to creating comfortable, livable spaces that are highly detailed.
